Worlds of the Empire
In the common galactic star map of Etheria shown above, all the star systems denoted by a bold cirlce and letter are a world of the Empire. The ampersand at the center marks Regulus Prime, the center of the known universe. Each circle sector is 1 lightyear in diameter, so that you can count the rough distance between systems easily. The colored map area is space with Etheric energy, which allows jumpships to jump anywhere in that space. To reach outside that space slow boats operating at about 90% lightspeed are used.
